Bio:
Amanda is a classically trained harpist with a Master’s degree in jazz, celebrated for her innovative and expressive approach to the instrument. Blending refined classical technique with soulful improvisation, she draws inspiration from pioneers such as Dorothy Ashby and Alice Coltrane to create music rich in rhythm, harmony, and emotional depth.

Amanda has released acclaimed work on Jazzman Records and First Word Records, and performed on stages worldwide, establishing her as a leading voice in modern jazz harp. Alongside her performance career, she is an educator, teaching jazz harp at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
